Monitoring

Carescripts has two separate monitoring systems. One is an external monitoring system, and the other is an internal monitoring system.

External Monitoring
Carescripts monitors each kiosk in real time and is alerted if there are any problems occurring with the kiosk. If an error is detected our programming team is sent a text message alerting them of the error and the location of the error.

Internal Monitoring
Internal graphical monitoring systems allow each clinic to view real time statistical information on the following categories;

    Text Messaging

    1. Time messages were sent out,
    2. Date messages were sent out,
    3. Total number of messages that were sent out.

    Voice Messaging

    1. Time messages were sent out,
    2. Date messages were sent out,
    3. Total number of messages that were sent out,
    4. The phone number the message was sent to,
    5. Duration of the call,
    6. Number of people who answered,
    7. Number of calls that went to voice mail and a message was left,
    8. Number of calls that were disconnected.
