Kiosk Pricing

Kiosk Pricing: $1,000.00 per month, per kiosk, based on 24 month lease agreement.- Early termination fees apply.- Lease does not include shipping or set up fees.


Term of Contract: Kiosks can be leased on a 24-month leasing agreement. The leasing agreement begins the date that the kiosk is installed and tested in the clinic. Options for renewal are on a year-to-year basis after the initial lease has expired.


Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary depending on location.


On-site Diagnostics & Repair: Included -All software and hardware related problems are the responsibility of Carescripts. We currently have contracts in place with Rhombus for onsite service.


Installation and Training: $350.00-Install kiosk per customer instructions in each location. Electrical and data connection points to be supplied by site.


Service: Included -All service calls must be received by 3pm Eastern to have guaranteed two-business day service.

Usage Fees-Text message through put fee is $0.06 per message.


Allotment of Messages: Allotment of messages is on a per kiosk, per location basis.


Text Messaging: With each location that the kiosk is located at the clinic is allotted:-4 SMS messages per patient, per kiosk, per location, per calendar year.-*Does not include through put fees.


Voice Messaging: With each location that the kiosk is located at the clinic is allotted:-4 Voice messages per patient, per kiosk, per location, per calendar year.


Email Messaging: Unlimited shipped emails per patient,-Unlimited processing emails per patient,-Up to 4 Auto-refill reminders for each patient,-3 Renewal notices per order.


Email Messaging to Phones: With each location that the kiosk is located at the clinic is allotted:-4 Email messages per patient, per kiosk, per location, per calendar year.-*Currently no through put fees apply.


Delivery Information: Currently all kiosks are shipped from our manufacturing facility in Tempe, AZ. We use FedEx to ship our products all across North America. Once the product leaves our facility we supply the client with shipping information and tracking number for them to follow the order to its destination.


Return Goods Policy: All orders placed are final, except for defective goods.

Electronic Messaging Pricing:$500 per month, per location, based on 24 month lease agreement.- Early termination fees do not apply.

Term of Contract: electronic messaging can be licensed on a 24-month liscensing agreement. The liscensing agreement begins the date that the contract is signed and you are given login credentials. Options for renewal are on a year-to-year basis after the initial liscensing agreement has expired.


Usage Fees: Text message through put fee is $0.06 per message--


Allotment of Messages: Allotment of messages is on a per location basis.
